Community IPM Outreach Efforts for 2013

Abstract

The core mission of the Community IPM Program is to raise awareness and proficiency of all New Yorkers in the successful management of pests, and to reduce associated health and environmental risks. The field of community IPM is vast and includes all aspects of life that are not associated with growing food or horticultural goods. The tasks undertaken by IPM staff in 2013 were diverse and addressed many types of audiences in effective ways.
