Abstract

This file contains data from a study that quantified and compared GHG emissions from the soil over septic system leach fields and roof vents. At each of eight septic systems in upstate New York, we measured fluxes of CH4, CO2, and N2O using a static chamber method.

This data was collected as part of a study for the New York State Water Resources Institute and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Hudson River Estuary Program, with support from the New York State Environmental Protection Fund, under New York State Department of Environmental Conservation service contract #C006135.
