Abstract

Due to the evolving role of HR in business, it is essential to stay updated on which capabilities HR is currently lacking, and which are going to be most needed in the future. In addition to the need for seamless delivery of traditional HR transactional capabilities, we propose four areas for improvement: Business Acumen Advanced Analytics Consulting skills Change Management While we give special attention to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, these capabilities apply to all roles within HR.
