Abstract

Experimenting with traditional and new media combinations, The Dubai Orlando Project employs research, case studies, media design and production to develop a virtual interactive multimedia communication prototype with the production participants being media teachers, students and industry professionals from Orlando Florida U.S.A. and Dubai United Arab Emirates. This project will examine and foster dialogue about visitor destinations and international tourism's impact on these two cities and their citizens.
