Abstract

Employers need to focus on their employees’ mental health now more than ever. Providing support and flexibility to employees who are struggling and encouraging a proactive response to managing stress both in and out of the workplace will be critical to maintaining a healthy, productive, and balanced workforce. The need to address mental health is paramount as many people are at an inflection point in their lives and careers as stress continues to mount.
