Abstract

As companies expand and compete in the global market, adapting to change and mobilizing the workforce are critical to success. To effectively execute change, companies must adopt practices that are tailored to the unique challenges and demands they face, now and in the future. Through preparation, implementation, and continuous review of organizational practices, companies will be equipped with the tools needed to meet their business objectives in a continuously evolving environment.
