Mark Alan Turnquist is a Professor in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering. From 1984-86, he was Associate Dean of Engineering with responsibility for computing resources and policy in College of Engineering. Since 1988, he has been the Director of the Engineering Management Program for the College. He has been awarded the James and Mary Tien Award for Teaching Excellence (in 1998), the Sonny Yau Teaching Award (in 2003), and was named Chi Epsilon Professor of the Year in 2006.
