Cornell University Engineering Success (CUES) 2013-2014

The goal of the CUES Program is to increase the retention and graduation rates of underrepresented minority (URM) and first generation college (FGC) students to levels equal to the overall engineering student body. To advance this goal, CUES implements three research proven interventions starting from students’ first year and continuing through their senior year. These three interventions each address known barriers to the success of highly qualified and talented Cornell engineering students.
