The Southeast Asia Program (SEAP) Bulletin is a biannual print publication of the Southeast Asia Program comprised of news and articles featuring research and experiences in Southeast Asia written by SEAP faculty, students, staff, and visiting or affiliated scholars. SEAP’s mission is to promote the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge about countries, cultures, and languages of the region from Myanmar to the Philippines in the east and Indonesia in the south.
