dc.description.abstractMUN can be a useful metric for managing diets and assessing environmental impacts but it is difficult to interpret without knowledge of the expected variability or measurement error. I will discuss results from some recent work we did in collaboration with the Barbano lab to define expected variation in MIR analysis of MUN from individual cow milk samples.en_US
