BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH Jennie Ray was born and raised in Greene, NY. In 2006, she graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in English as well as in cinema. In May 2008, she placed runner-up in Cornell University's Corson-Browning Poetry Prize, and in August 2009, she completed her M.F.A in poetry at Cornell. iii
