Over a third of breast cancer risk may be related to what we eat and drink, and our physical activity. This Tip Sheet provides basic information in a brochure format on how to reduce breast cancer risk by staying active and keeping extra pounds away, maintaining a healthy diet, and limiting consumption of alcohol. It provides tips on simple ways to have a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and grains.
