Abstract

Tre Berney and Dianne Dietrich will give an overview of the Arts & Sciences Grants Program, the Arts & Sciences Images for Teaching Program, and the Collection Development Executive Committee Preservation Grants program. These are three of the library-based funding sources for selectors, curators, faculty and now grad students, to aid in research, digital collection creation, suppling teaching materials, digitization and preservation. We will go over important dates, timelines and requirements for the various programs. As part of the DSPS reorganization over the last year, our workflows have been reengineered to better support digitization, preservation and access workflows and we will briefly touch on that as well.
