Abstract

Examples of the documentation that school food authorities must submit to qualify for the New York 30% School Food Initiative.

Description
Under the New York 30% School Food Initiative, school food authorities (SFAs) qualify if 30% or more of their food costs for lunch were used to purchase New York (NY) products, and
the purchased products meet documentation and traceability requirements. These documents are examples of the documentation that SFAs must submit to qualify.
