This research deals with interactions between experimentations in various sites and from various actors. We present a systematic literature review process and analytical framework based on term clustering applied on 3955 publications. Results led to the identification of 6 major publication clusters and 7 types of OFE practice that are des- cribed and discussed in light of agricultural innovation theories. The use of and poten- tial for digital technologies are included.
