From the video archives of the Cornell Law School Heritage Project. The interviewer is Alfred C. Aman (Tuttle clerk 70-72); the videographer, Thomas R. Bruce. This video covers Elbert Tuttle's reflections on sex discrimination and the Constitution, prison reform cases, the need for courts to lead public opinion, and lessons learned from civil rights cases that the Court of Appeals applied to other categories.
