Critical review of Faust's book. Disagrees with the thesis that the entire area of the old Kingdom of Judah were devastated by the the Babylonian army. Remains assoicated with Stratum 2 at Tell en-Nasbeh, biblical Mizpah of Benjamin, provide evidence that there was continuous habitation of this settlement, the captial of the Babylonian district, from the beginning of the 6th to the end of the 4th c, suggesting that there was a population in the region that required such an administrative center.
