Abstract

A spreadsheet-based mathematical programming model that can be used by engineers to determine cost-effective emissions to achieve ambient air quality standards. This model contains two modes, simulation and optimization, that use a Gaussian transport model and user input to determine air pollution levels at set receptors. A user's manual and background is also included.
