This document is a large brochure describing the Department of Food Science and Technology at the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station (NYSAES) in Geneva, NY. It is undated but based on information inside may be circa 1983. It contains a list of faculty in the department from 1982-1983, a brief history of the NYSAES and a detailed summary of the work of the department and the various laboratories within. Also included are diagrams of the floor plan of the building.
