An 8 month old male castrated Labrador Retriever presented for evaluation of urinary incontinence and an abdominal mass. Abdominal ultrasound revealed severe right sided hydronephrosis and hydroureter. An orthotopic ureterocele was found at the distal ureter. Nephroureterectomy was performed and the urinary incontinence resolved.
