Abstract

The Oneida-Mohawk Region of New York State includes Oneida, Herkimer, Fulton, Montgomery and Schoharie counties. This report is a summary of the 1979 business records from 86 of the dairy farms in this region. The primary purpose of the Cornell business management project is to assist cooperators in farm record keeping and analysis and thereby improve their skills as farm business managers. This report is prepared in workbook form for use in the systematic study of individual farm business operations.
