Climate change and food insecurity are two major threats. Perceptions of farmers also change because of climatic variations. It is evident that mango production is beco- ming low. The study aimed to examine the perception of the respondents about climate change and barriers through a field survey. The data were collected from 240 mango growers through simple random sampling. For statistical analysis, SPSS was used. The results exhibit that 70.8% of the growers were partially aware of impacts of climate change, and observed changes in rain calendar and physiological disorders. Impor- tantly, the growers had a positive attitude to manage their agricultural risks and use various ICTs at their orchards. The barriers faced were lack of facilities, knowledge, extension services, and digital literacy, among others. It is recommended to impart trai- ning to equip farmers to use ICTs, the growers should start innovating adaptation tech- niques, digital social networks be established to become resilient to climate change..
