USCrop: County-level crop yield, weather, and soil data for the United States (1981-2020)

This dataset contains crop yield, weather, soil, and crop progress information for US counties in 1981-2020. Specifically, each row contains data for a unique county and year. The dataset was used in the following paper - please cite it if you find the data helpful:
