Description

This workbook, part of the Rights and Responsibilities of Local Highway Officials workshop, is reconstructed from our old Powers and Duties workshop. It was decided two years ago that we would try setting up these legal-based workshops to be taught by current and former local highway officials with a legal review of the workbook to make sure the content was accurate. This is the format that was used 25 years ago. We strive to make sure that the workshop itself still meets the need of providing good quality legal information, especially to those local agencies who do not have access to full time legal counsel.
