[Excerpt] This issue marks the end of my term as editor of the Cornell hotel and Restaurant Administration Quarterly. This transition brings forth mixed emotions. In many ways, I enjoyed my role in shaping the journal, directly affecting the type of content we publish, participating in the many changes the journal has gone through over the past few years, and working with many dedicated and talented authors, reviewers, and editorial board members. At the same time, I look forward to moving on with the next set of challenges in my career.
