Discussion of pottery vessels (mainly kraters and storage jars) impressed with bands of wedge and/or circle impressions. Summarizes previous research on the topic. Catalogs the number of known examples and the sites which have produced them. Tell en-Nasbeh produced the largest number of such pieces in the southern Levant. A few examples were known from Jordan and from Tayma in northern Saudi Arabia. Posits a date in the later Babylonian period into the Persian period.
