This is the 1966 revised version (original dated Nov. 1963) of Extension Bulletin 1119, published by the New York State College of Agriculture, Cornell University. Dr. Willard Robinson was a professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology, New York State Agricultural Experiment Station (NYSAES), Cornell University, Geneva NY. EB1119 is one of the first outreach titles on the topic of wine published by the College of Agriculture following prohibition.
