This news item is about: Dr. François Elvinger, Dr.med.vet., Ph.D., has been named Executive Director of the New York State Animal Health Diagnostic Center (AHDC) at Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM). He will also serve as Assistant Dean for Diagnostic Operations. His appointment will begin Oct. 1, 2015.
