Abstract

This screen demo introduces an educational function of VisualFEA, related to eigen mode simulation. The function is useful in teaching and learning the concept of eigenmodes and their implication in finite element behavior. This demo suggests how to use the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the stiffness matrix for examining the characteristics of finite elements.
