Abstract
Transitional cell carcinoma is an infrequent and aggressive neoplasia affecting both domestic animals and people. It is often difficult to diagnose and difficult to treat. This paper will explore a case history as an example of urethral transitional cell carcinoma in the face of prostatitis and cystitis and will then address transitional cell carcinoma with a general overview of the disease, diagnosis, and treatment.
