This workbook is intended to help farm producers understand the purposes of crop insurance and how it can be used as a tool to prevent financial disasters due to crop yield and/or market losses. After using this workbook, it is hoped that a farm producer will be better acquainted with the crop insurance choices available and whether or not crop insurance is a tool that will be useful for their particular operation.
