Abstract
These files contain the genome assemblies and genome annotation files reported in Landis et al., 2026 in "The complete genome sequences of three Japanese Arisaema (Araceae) species". In Landis et al. we present three complete genomes of Arisaema from Japan based on HiFi sequencing: A. ehimense, A. serratum, and A. tosaense. The assembled genomes have between 6,443 and 62,971 scaffolds. BUSCO scores show all three are mostly complete with a complete BUSCO score of 88.6% or higher. The A. tosaense genome has a LAI score of 13.92, indicating a reference quality assembly.
