AgriTech Atlas: A Structured Framework to Guide Agricultural Technology Decisions
AgriTech Atlas (the “Atlas”) is a vendor-neutral, evidence-first taxonomy and governance framework that helps growers, certified crop advisers, manufacturers, investors, and researchers evaluate and compare agricultural technology products. The Atlas records a curated, standardized set of product metadata so users can compare products fact-to-fact rather than by marketing claims or opinion. The Atlas database was built under strict governance rules and its taxonomy and governance design were validated using a pilot corpus of ~50 fully profiled autonomous solutions drawn from a broader inventory of 200+ identified AgTech products. Project deliverables include a governed AgTech product database, a formal governance document for data stewardship, and modular taxonomy sheets to support ongoing database expansion and future monetization.
