Abstract

As the second-most consumed beverage globally, coffee has a massive impact on the global food system. Yet, as an intensive crop primarily reliant on manual labor, there is significant room for improvement along the value chain, including whole farm management, value added products, low-emissions transportation, and minimal-waste packaging.

Description
This film sparks a discussion about the coffee industry and its players, dangers, and challenges. More importantly, it illustrates how decisions in supply and agriculture will change our everyday goods.
