The book looks at "overreaching" claims of intellectual property rights by content creators and content providers--covering everything from false copyright notices on public domain works ("copyfraud") to lawyers telling photographers they can't sell photographs of Times Square because the buildings are trademarked to contracts that extinguish fair use and first-sale rights.
