A mail survey of Cornell Dairy Farm Business Summary participants was used to gather data regarding financial goals, business analysis, financial control, investment analysis, investment decision making, and capital acquisition. Completed questionnaires were received from 137 of 352 farms. The report summarizes the data collected from these farms. Results provide information regarding the degree to which farmers use various financial management practices and their attitudes toward these practices.
