HEALTH AND WELFARE PLAN
During the second year of the contract, wages will 
remain as they were in the first year.
In place of an increase in wage rates, the employer 
will, during the second year, make a contribution of 
$21.00 per month, per member, in order to establish 
a Health and Welfare Plan.

d a i ly  rate fo r  a  fu ll d a y  a n d  a  $ 1 .0 0  p re m iu m  o v e r  the a v e ra g e
