The Processing of Geospatial Data for the Habitat Risk Software allows the user to process publicly available geospatial data into the format necessary for inclusion in the Habitat Risk Software (Hanley et al. 2021;, which is the software that leverages Bayesian Hierarchical models (Clayton and Kaldor 1987; Banderjee et al. 2004; Gelman et al. 2004; Evans et al. 2016) with disease testing data to estimate the spatial risk of Chronic Wasting Disease in white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus). Any use of trade, firm, or product names is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement by the U.S. Government.
