A 12 year old female, spayed, Shetland Sheep dog presented to Cornell Oncology Service for a bladder mass identified on ultrasound by her referring veterinarian. Histopathology following a partial cystectomy revealed transitional cell carcinoma (TCC), prompting initiation of chemotherapy with piroxicam. This paper provides an overview of the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of transitional cell carcinoma.en_US
