Abstract
The purpose of this report is to summarize Agricultural District Law amendments enacted during 1990, the steps required to create a district, and the provisions that apply inside the boundaries of an agricultural district. A concluding section provides a quick reference to the full updated text of the law. sections of Public Health Law and the Real Property Tax Law with a bearing on farmland protection efforts are included in Appendices A-F.
