dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to provide exporters, or future exporters, with a description of the arbitration process, Section II will examine in detail a typical arbitration hearing. Section III will briefly discuss the history and role of sponsoring arbitration agencies. The paper will conclude with an examination of the advantages and problems associated with arbitrating international contract disputes.
