Wal-Mart in China: Rolling Back Labor Rights

Abstract
Report on the conditions at the Winbo factory, a supplier for Wal-Mart and other brands in China. It concludes that the labor conditions are unacceptable and calls on Wal-Mart to bring them in compliance with Chinese labor law, enforce its code of conduct, allow for independent grassroots monitoring of its factories, and source goods from unionized workers.
