Abstract
The Clean Clothes Campaign calls attention to the tragic collapse of a nine-story factory building that left 23 people dead and 350 trapped under the debris in Savar, about 30 km northwest of Dhaka. The building housed Spectrum Sweater Industries Ltd. and Shahriar Fabrics.
