The School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University has amassed a significant number of films and videos to support teaching, extension, and research functions. Recorded or collected by the school's Audio-Visual Department, they were transferred to the Kheel Center, the school's archives, when the AV Department closed. Films explore topics such as arbitration and mediation, automation, child labor, collective bargaining, communication, compensation and benefits, cooperatives, corporate and labor leaders, globalization, human resource management, labor law, leadership, the NLRB, occupational safety and health, organized labor, performance appraisal, sexual harassment, substance abuse, and working conditions. The Kheel Center preserves analog recordings primarily in collections 4191 AV and 4191 F, and makes selected digitized recordings available here.
