Objectives 1. Increase the understanding of management and the functions of a manager. 2. Increase the effective use and timely adoption of proven production practices and technologies through improved planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling of farm resources. 4. Instill a sense of pride and enthusiasm in being a member of the agricultural community. 5. Increase dairy farm profitability and productivity and the competitive position of the New York dairy industry.
