Abstract
In 2017, companies were invited to enter hybrids into the NewYork & Vermont Corn Silage Hybrid TestingProgram.
Seventy two corn silage hybrids were tested,each hybrid was planted at three locations. Each hybrid was planted in 3 replicates per location.

All hybrids were planted at 34,000 plants/acre. Each plot consisted of two 20’ rows spaced 30 inches apart.
Plots were 4 rows wide,at harvest the inner 2 rows were harvested. Target whole plant dry matter (DM) at harvest was 35% DM. Forage samples were sent to Cumberland Valley Analytical Laboratory for analysis.
