On Teaching contains a number of essays and reflections by F. G. Marcham on the roles of teacher and student. The bulk of these are articles were written in the latter part of his seven decades as a teacher at Cornell. It contains examples of teaching techniques and materials from Prof. Marcham's 69 years of teaching at Cornell University.
