Abstract
This news item is about: The Diagnostic Endocrinology Lab has reintroduced the pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) test. PMSG rises rapidly after conception, peaking at about day 60, and can be detected through day 100. With a single serum sample, the lab can assess conception and endometrial cup formation and help to identify problems that can be addressed early.
