Abstract

The Freedom of Association and the Effective Recognition of the Right to Collective Bargaining are one four fundamental principles and rights at work outlined by the ILO. In this chart the ILO reports on countries’ compliance with this regulation by assessing government reporting, observations by employers and workers organizations, efforts and progress made, and challenges impeding the realization of the principle.
