Abstract
Glenn Salisbury graduated from Ohio State University in 1931 and then he continued at Cornell University where he received his Ph.D. in 1934. He was a pioneer in developing the artificial insemination program in dairy cattle. He was equally well-known for his outstanding administrative abilities at the University of Illinois from 1948 to 1978.
